Trials of Acme’s ATAC 2.0 anilox are on at Letra Graphix
Letra Graphix is an Ahmedabad-based label printer that has been purchasing anilox rollers for its flexographic presses from Acme Rolltech for the last four years. The founder of Letra Graphix, Nirav Shah, speaks highly of Acme’s ability to understand their requirements and deliver customized products.

“Apart from our regular aniloxes AH60, we have developed specialty application requirements for Letra Graphix such as our AHDW white Acme high-density white anilox high opacity white ink, ATAC- Acme Tactile for screen type raised effect and our ACE – Advanced Channel Engravings. The trials for our ATAC 2.0 are on at Letra Graphix, which we plan to launch during Labelexpo Brussels,” Sharma says.
In 2022, Acme Rolltech experienced significant growth by doubling its production capacity and operating 24×7. Established in 2018, Acme Rolltech is the first Indian company to manufacture new ceramic rolls and sleeves, refurbish old rolls, and provide cleaning solutions and roll auditing services.
The company serves diverse market segments and industries, including narrow web flexo, offset coating, corrugation, Cl flexo, and specialty coating applications. Acme recently expanded its manufacturing capacity by investing in a new engraving machine and post- processing equipment.
In addition to participating in Labelexpo Brussels, Acme Rolltech plans to take part in drupa, a leading printing technology fair, in 2024.
